Group Fitness classes focus on strength, mobility, flexibility & stamina, whilst also toning your entire body. Classes will lower stress & anxiety, increase energy levels and boost confidence, creating a happier and healthier lifestyle.

Pilates isn’t the type of workout which leaves you feeling exhausted- You will leave with increased energy levels, a clear, focused mindset, and a body that feels strong and in control having been through a challenging workout.

 

BOXILATES® is an interval style of training. 

Using boxing pads and gloves, you’ll combine short boxing drills and cardio intervals with functional movement and exercise on the Pilates mat.
